Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees. Significant changes to project scope after work has commenced may require adjustment to timelines and pricing.
We will provide estimated delivery timelines based on project scope and complexity. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by client feedback timing or scope changes may extend delivery dates.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, quelthorwrozelon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
